Note: Our FFL Finder is a tool to help you find a dealer near you. Make sure you contact the FFL before completing your purchase and make sure they accepted transfers.

3. Picking up your firearm
After your order is placed we will ship it out and include your name and phone number in the package. Your FFL should notify you when it arrives. You will also receive a tracking number from us via email. Here are some things to keep in mind when you go to pick up your new firearm.
-
Gun Inspection
Before you fill out your background check please inspect the firearm and make sure there is no damage from shipping. If something is damaged or missing do not transfer the firearm into your name. Call our Online Sales Dept. immediately at (270) 229-4304.
-
NICS Check
When you buy any firearm you must fill out and pass a NICS background check at the FFL dealer you are picking the gun up from. Visit www.atf.gov for more info.
-
Documentation
You will always need to bring an up to date and valid Drivers License or State ID when you go pick up your gun. Depending on what state you live in they may require additonal documentation. It is always a good idea to call your local FFL dealer ahead of time and check what documentation you will need in accordance with you State and local laws.
-
Transfer Fees
Most FFL dealers charge a transfer fee to receive your gun and run your background check. The fee will vary depending on the business. It is always a good idea to call your FFL dealer to see how much they charge to transfer a firearm.
